With a decade of experience working with private and public partners around the world, I support organisations in navigating complex challenges—from fostering cross-functional teamwork to scaling digital solutions globally.
Believing that change starts at the human level, I am trained in systemic organizational development and have facilitated 50+ workshops on leadership and team effectiveness.
I also design and implement professional education programs for development practitioners and have co-authored research on competence development and education.
